Ford Remote Access Andriod Help?

Ford Remote Access Andriod Help?
I just got ford remote access installed and following the instructions I setup an account. Manual says it takes me right to add a vehicle but it does not.
I have tried closing the app and reopening it. It brings me to a screen that says select your vehicle and say "no vehicle"
I can't get past this. Running a andriod phone with OS 7. Samsung S8.
Support is closed for the evening and I am impaicent. My truck has been in the shop two weeks getting all the electrical worked on. Fact is I have now had three 2017 superduty with electrical problems. The loaner f350 entire front of the cab would not power up! I was driving with now speed or tack and still in park lol back windows worked oddly enough.
Anyways maybe some one here can help. I know this is not a 2017 issue but...
