Ford Remote Access stuck in Sleep Mode

Ford Remote Access stuck in Sleep Mode
If your Ford Remote Access is stuck in sleep mode and will not exit, you will need to call the help line for Tech Support, Ford Key 1 800 367 3539 (I forget the option but was the last one #4 or #5).
I understand this was a recent problem Ford/AudioVox experienced with the Remote Access modules. I had it happen to one of my vehicles about the time I was going to sell both modules. I removed the modules and even switched the module to my other vehicle, but to no avail.
I called Ford Key, this is the help number for Remote Access. I was put through to AudioVox tech support. They were able to send a signal to my vehicle and wake it up. Worked fine after the wake up signal from them.
Suggest you do the same if you are having this problem.

As long as you already have remote start, you do not have to go to a dealer - you are able to get it activated over the phone with someone willing to do it, Zach at All Star Auto is known for doing this and getting the modules required for your vehicle. You still have to pay a fee(think of it as his time/labour that would have normally been incorporated into the dealers cost) and subscription fee. Here is some info of mine from another Remote Access thread:
I bought the three modules and installed it myself. The dealer will tell you they need to activate it - as long as you already have remote start and are using it, they don't need to activate it with the IDS. They won't need your truck at all...
What you will need activated is the SIM card and get your pin to connect the app to your truck. I called Zach Bourg from All Star Automotive and he did it for $50. (The $50 subscription fee is different and does not get charged through him). It was pretty sweet being on the phone with a guy in Louisiana and have him lock/unlock/start my truck in Alberta as I stood in front of it.
The annual subscription is $50, pennies a day.
With his permission, here is his info. Any one can call him and he will get you the right modules and activate it when it's installed in your truck.

I would like to mention that Remote Access also works on any computer with an internet connection. Under your account where you manage your subscriptions and vehicle info, it displays a layout identical to the app which allows you to lock/unlock/start etc

The owner of the used module will have the new owner set up an account on the Ford Remote Access (FRA) site. The buyer will provide the seller with an email address for login on FRA site. The seller will then create a new PIN for the buyer to use. The seller will use the FRA site to transfer the module with the email and PIN to the new owner so he can activate when received and installed. No dealer involvement required.

I have this installed on my 2016 (for a year now) and lately I have been getting the error message that the vehicle did not return a signal, but the truck starts. Pretty annoying. I either error code 11000 or 10030. In both of those cases the truck will start. It used to work great, but now I get one of these errors at least half the time. Any ideas? Maybe it just needs a reboot as well?

I had the "stuck in sleep mode" issue. I disconnected both batteries - basically rebooted the truck and it came back. Did not know about the number - thanks, will try that if it happens again.
On the "did not return a signal" - I get that sometimes when I have lousy cell service or the truck is parked in a place with lousy cell service.
