I think we are all painting the wrong parts of the grill.

VT, can you photoshop the small thin bars above and below the large bars with color match and black?

VTBulldog- can you show me what mine would look like with the front grill blacked out, and then one with the grill and front bumper? I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe use the XLT grill ( less chrome ) and paint the front bumper to color match ?

I thought about that but I actually like the look of the full bars going all the way across. I should have just ordered the platinum like I originally planned and I wouldn't have to worry about the bumper.

I think the jewel headlights need a little chrome in the center to flow from side to side. The Led headlight don't seem to be as bright/chrome looking as the standard headlights.
I also have a place outside Austin.

I think the top and bottom 2 small bars painted black, with the 2 large center bars chrome is how I am going to do mine.

On a separate note, which option gives you the painted matched side mirrors? I'd much prefer that over chrome.

Yeah, my Lariat grill is a little different as the chrome goes all the way across. I like that look though. Thanks for the visual.

I'm looking to black out the grill and the bumper. I didn't get the chrome package so my tow hooks, mirror caps and door handles are already black.
