If I were to wire a switch... I would wire them in series with the park/neutral switch. The signal would control the relays (so as not to overload the neutral switch circuit), and this would prevent some of the likely scenarios of a false shift.

What I would rather do... maintain the existing system.

Hey fella, no I didn’t. It ended up being shot wiring in the harness down by the 4x4 shift motor. The outer sheathing was still good but the wiring was all shot inside, the copper had just rotted. So the wiring repair became my fix.

How did you trace the faulty wire? Im having similar issues, but i´ve tested my TC motor with an external 12v supply and its good.
