This is my first post here. I've learned a lot from the forum and been a life long Ford driver. Currently driving a 1999 F350 7.3 liter with 385,000 miles everyday.
I have a F600 dump that has been idle for years. I inherited it. Rebuilt carb and need to work on brakes but I am uncertain of year model. Can someone decode the VIN?

VIN: F60BKF32162.
F60 = F600 (gas).
B = 300 1V I-6.
K = Kansas City MO Assembly Plant.
F32162 = 1969.
You will need to know the brake sizes before buying brake parts. This can be daunting on these trucks.
1969 F600 could have either 14" x 2 1/2" or 15" x 3" front drum brakes. The rear drum brakes could be either: 15" x 4" or 15" x 4 1/2" or 15" x 5" or 15" x 6."
I can narrow down these sizes a bit, if you post the AXLE code stamped on the 2nd line-far right of the Warranty Plate, riveted to the left door face below the latch.
