Sport Trac updates
What I've done to my Sport Trac so far;
Changed the temp/compass unit, had to order one from boneyard thru eBay.
Replaced the crapply installed JVC radio with a new Kenwood unit. Really sucked cause the tard that installed the JVC did a hack job, seriously if you need 3 separate pieces of wire to make the connection go buy a spool of wire
. Also discovered that the central dash unit isn't mounted at the top and my vents aren't fitted/aligned properly so I'll next be taking that out to see about fixing it.
Have replaced most of the interior lights with L.E.D.s, I even have a glove box light
. Only lights I'm grumbling about are the front map lights as someone thought it would be an "awesome" idea to incorporate the bulb into the socket so there is no simple or easy replacement option. If anyone has an alternate for this debacle please let me know.
Put new tires on which were all manufactured in 2017 so I should get the manufactures suggested life out of them.
Pair of Walmart universal seat covers cause the dealer apparently exploded a bottle of Armour All inside for fun covering the fabric seats making them slick.
