No cranking
My 1994 E350 up to now cranked the engine when I turned the key today all I get is a click. Checked the battery 12.42 volts. Turned the lights no lights.
What do I need to check to find the problem?

Could be a bad starter relay. Could be a bad connection anywhere; battery, starter, ignition switch. Could be bad wiring, this year has been bad for mice chewing wires in this area.
I would start at the battery connections and check for corrosion. Then follow the battery cables to check and clean all the connections.
Could be a bad starter motor. Jumper across the relay before you dive into that.
