Help Again

Drove my 2003 F-350 7.3 in the barn to work on hubs. When I went to take it out for a test run, Nothing.
Nothing as in no start . no click, radio reset, lights work. When I checked bats got around 13.1 volts..
I had to replace the switch (white plastic thing) few months ago.

Where should I start checking??

Does the radio go dark when you try to crank? Do the headlights dim?

Stupid question... Assuming the battery is good and everything else works but turning the key still does not do anything...

Are you sure the truck is in park or neutral?

Same as Dogridesinback suggest.
Try making sure that the truck shifter is in park.

The solenoid (on the starter?) may have died. If the headlights dim when you try to start that means the solenoid is engaging and trying to turn the starter.

Only thing diming is the milage gaugeon cluster. All else acts normal when starting.
Is the solonoid on top by the glow plug one??
Could the ignition switch actuator be bad??
