Certified master mechanics

Having some problems down here in Texas located in Refugio, TX. Other than hiring guys away from a dealer where would I go to find a master ford mechanic. I've talk to tech schools, which don't see interested in talking to students about possible further jobs, that in itself is shocking to me as you would think they'd be eager to help their students..

Also its not the offer itself that's the problem I wouldn't think bc with a guy with a lot of experience I'm even willing to go to $30/hr for time regardless of what they are even doing with 45hours a week guaranteed. Insurance, work truck, gas card included.. I mean where would you all even recommend I start looking ..

thanks
