7.3 L diesel is ford coming back with it

 

Yeah they are, the top of Ford's list of things to do is finding a way to update a 30 year old base engine design that at its best made half the power the new diesel puts out, and barely more torque than the current gasser.

 

It's scheduled for the new Edsel truck in 2138.

 

Mark, is that for the 6 door tandem axle, or for the 2 door sport coupe?

 

I think because of ever increasing requirements on emissions and noise they will be forced to.

 

It will debut in the 2033 Ford Bronco.
