No dash lights with headlights
When I got my truck back from the dealer 3 months ago for problems with the bcm holding a custom program , I noticed that in autolamps with wipers on , on a cloudy day my dash lights weren't on. After a few weeks I noticed that if you cover the sensor on the dash the dash lights come on or if it's dark out. It doesn't matter what position the headlamp is in when there is any amount of light the dash lights won't illuminate. I just returned it to the dealer ,and lost it for 4 days, to have them say they don't see an issue even though I demonstrated it when I dropped off. They argued that the sensor wasn't for the lights until i sent the the Ford parts diagram and they replaced it and said it was fixed but it still isn't. Has anyone found a fix ? I see in research guys have complained about this but no resolutions other than cover the sensor up which is kinda unacceptable. Any insight would be great 15 f350 xlt large message center. And yes I adjusted the summer to the max
