P304ever, coolant in coils?

So I had a lean code and a misfire in cylinder 3 I replaced all the pcv hoses and intake manifold now the misfire is in cylinder 4. I spilled a little coolant in the cylinder 4 spark plug hole yesterday(spark plug still in there luckily) when switching out the coil and injector so I got a two part question.
What else could be causing the misfire. It recently changed from 3 to 4 when I put it back together after doing my intake manifold and gasket so I don't feel like it'll be lost compression.
Secondly what issues could be caused if I was not able to get all of the coolant out and there's a little bit around the ignition coil/spark plug connection.
Have a feeling they may be related ha

Do you have a compressor ? Get one of those long wand air nozzles from Harbor Freight (or online...) and blow out the hole? Use dielectric grease on the sparkplug boots and that should take care of it. Do you routinely run fuel injector cleaner in your gas ?

Coolant doesn't evaporate like water does. So first flush the hole out with water (spark plug installed) then blow it out with compressed air. This will leave water instead of coolant down in there and the heat of the engine will dry it in no time.
