Jay it's coming together quickly!
Don't let them put a sealer on your garage floor if you think you might want to put an epoxy coating on it some day. Can't successfully coat a sealed concrete floor..
Thanks for the advise Randy. I am sure they don't seal it because if they did they would have told us how many hundreds more that is to do. LOL
In the basement those are somewhat embedded in the concrete I think. Hard to tell from the window though. They are sitting on concrete blocks though so not on dirt.
You find some pretty good deals. How many miles on it?
Good morning Jim!
The truck has a little over 400k on it. The trans has 50k on it and the motor was swapped with a used one a little while back he says and has like 180k on it. Luckily the parts I need don't make a difference what miles are on them. Haha

Yeah I doubt they sealed it. They would have said something and like you said asked for more money.
Last night I get a text from the guy I bought the truck from and he said his brother has a 7.3 just like this one and his tranny went out yesterday and wanted to know if I would sell that back to him. Haha. What are the odds. I am like sure! So his brother is suppose to be getting a hold of me.
Pretty cool story right here in town. This guy use to be a customer of mine when I was in the towing business. Towed a couple of his cars in for repairs and couple jump starts over the years.

I would personally be worried about rotting out. Seems like they would be damp all the time. I suppose it's done all the time there
