Wow Jay - walk-out basement?

 

Just a lookout basement. We could have done a walkout pretty easily it turns out since we are so far out of the ground but I don't mind. Less trips up and down the stairs this way. LOL

All but the bottom 4' of my basement is above ground in the back ---
I wish I could make my basement a walkout - but the landscaping just won't work out and water control would be a big issue..

That was the issue we thought we would have also Randy. Turns out that it would have been easy with the current height out of the ground but that's ok.
