Good morning fellas!
I could have started the thread but spent the morning taking out the trash and looking for Carleys ball.......again! She needs to learn to drop it in the garage and not randomly in the yard. Guess I will find it when I mow again.

I wish I could make my basement a walkout - but the landscaping just won't work out and water control would be a big issue..
