Haven't been on in quite some time.
Hope everyone is doing great.
Here is my situation. I have a 2003 Excursion V10 4x4.
Everything was going great, then one night, the truck stalled while sitting idle in my driveway. Turned the truck back on, seemed ok for a minute, then started stalling again and rpms kicked up pretty high, then stalled.
The next day, drove the truck and it stalled every other block. Found out that it did OK with the AC and radio turned off.
Mechanic looks at it and diagnosed a bad fuel pump relay inside the Central Junction Box. Apparently, the relay isn't serviceable, the whole box needs replaced. But the part was discontinued from Ford 3 years ago and no dealer has it in the US.
The part# that I need is 3C7Z14A06B
Searched google, amazon, ebay, wrecking yards and can't find anything.
Do any of you guys have any ideas what could be done?
Ford says that part is specific to that year make and model Ford and cannot be replaced with one from a different truck.
Please help! I need this big Bit ch back on the road ASAP
Thanks for the info brother. Just talked to them this morning. They confirmed they could fix it. Getting the box pulled later today and shipping it to them.
Thanks for posting that link. didn't see a way to contact them or ask questions on ebay, so called them direct from the link you posted.
They can do it.
