These are Wellman / DieselRX glow plugs, according to the part number.
Not as good as the Motorcraft/Beru glow plugs, but they seem to be workable, unlike the autolites.
My last experience with DieselRX glow plugs was in my '88, with a manual glow plug setup using the "12V" 6.9-style glow plugs(aka the ones you have).
I ran them along with the 7.3-style resistor(the big spring piece) and a glow time of 8-12 seconds; they worked fine.
When I overheated and killed a couple of them, they did not bulge. I can't say that won't happen, but mine didn't.
