ISO/NEEDED. I am needing the engine frame mounts for a SBF for the 67 I just saved from the crusher. Currently has the mounts for a inline 6...that I'm removing to give to my dad for his project. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Right side was part number D0TZ6028A. Replaced by D7TZ6028B. Discontinued and none on my locators.
L/S was part number D0TZ6029A. Replaced by D7TZ6029B. Also discontinued and none on the locators.
69/72 Bumpside 302 stands were the same as 73/79 Dentside with a 302 AND 77/79 with a 351M/400. You'll just have to drill a few holes in the crossmember. Ford didn't put the 302 in to Bumpsides until 1969. So your 1967 frame won't have them. If you can't find them in a local JY or evilbay, try posting in FTE's "Marketplace". As a WTB (Wanted To Buy). Click on Marketplace in the black band across the top of this page.
Like Jeff said, the mid-69 back to '67 didn't have the required pair of holes in the crossmember on both sides but, using the perches as a template, you can bolt the perches to the top of the frame rails and use the holes at the lower ends to locate and drill the crossmember where the bolts will need to go.
I have a spare pair of 302 perches I pulled, degreased, bead blasted, primed and painted. They're ready to bolt on. If you're interested, you can PM me.
