Earlier when I looked, my window sticker was unavailable, but I just checked again and it's back with and updated date of 8/4! Checked ETIS and no update yet, but hopefully it's built today and ETIS just hasn't updated yet. The waiting gets worse once things start happening!

Hey guys I order on July 18 and I can't figure out how to look up my truck. I tried cotus but no luck. I'm new to all this. I got a Vin from my dealer. I think it's sopose to be built Aug 28. Isn't their a someone in here who looks up people's trucks? I think crystal?

Steve8S, what did you order? I don't see you in the spread sheet.
I wish there was a more insightful and detailed way to track orders. Even COTUS only seems to have 4-5 broad statuses.

Steve - are you able to get info on your truck in COTUS? I don't think I have seen anybody with a F350/F450 order have any success with COTUS - just says call your dealer.

No nothing shows up in COTUS for me. Just basing my statements on screenshots I've seen from people lucky enough to be able to use COTUS.

Got it. But you are absolutely correct. In this era of instant communication and tracking technology, this system is abysmal. Amazon has set our expectations. You would think that Ford could come up with something better if for no other reason than to limit the amount of update requests to their dealers. Gotta' drive them nuts.

Ordered my truck 6/26/17 no luck yet. was told 8/7/17 build 8/19/17 delivery. Still waiting for some good news but nothing yet.

COTUS info is at:

Just fill in the VIN.
Edit: Never mind trying COTUS. You have a 350 per the sticker, so COTUS will not work for you.

Anyway.... I ordered F250 July 18 as well. All I have is "in processing". Right now with an ETA of 9/9. No build date or window sticker yet.
