My build week is July 31-Aug 4. My Window sticker just became available today. No update in COTUS or ETIS yet.

 

GarageNite, you are up to bat this week. Did you get an actual build date yet? If you join BlueOval Forums and go into the Super Duty section there is a member who gives dates if asked. His name is Pioneer.

I have the same build date. Having a hard time waiting. Have a 350 SRW Lariat CC Long bed on order. Ruby Red.

 

Confirmed with Ford chat that my truck is officially "In production" but my ETA of 8/18 has not changed.

 

I ordered my 350 KR two weeks ago and dealer called Friday to say my build date is the week of Aug 7th. I have no VIN yet, but I haven't checked with the dealer since. Seems to be a pretty quick turn-around.

 

So I am leaving the 7/24 group and joining you guys, my truck has been showing production for over a week, ETA to NJ is 8/19, ordered on 7/10.

Guys, there is a google Spreadsheet that many of us are using to track our dates. I have linked it further back in this thread.

 

I'm afraid I might screw it up.

 

What does "in production" actually mean? Just called my dealer and that's what she said "its in production and will be landing end of August"

 

I understand "in production" just means it is scheduled to be built sometime during the week. I read somewhere here in the forum that it takes only a day (or less) to actually build the thing.

 

I have been in production since July 25th, expecting something to happen soon since my date at the bottom of my window sticker changed today.

 

This maybe an odd question, Anyone know what the chain of events are in the actual making of the parts and gathering of parts and then the final assembly is?
