GarageNite, you are up to bat this week. Did you get an actual build date yet? If you join BlueOval Forums and go into the Super Duty section there is a member who gives dates if asked. His name is Pioneer.
I ordered my 350 KR two weeks ago and dealer called Friday to say my build date is the week of Aug 7th. I have no VIN yet, but I haven't checked with the dealer since. Seems to be a pretty quick turn-around.

I understand "in production" just means it is scheduled to be built sometime during the week. I read somewhere here in the forum that it takes only a day (or less) to actually build the thing.
This maybe an odd question, Anyone know what the chain of events are in the actual making of the parts and gathering of parts and then the final assembly is?
