Losing belts fast

First time on here.
I have a 93 7.3 idi, I am losing belts fast, I have replaced tensioner, idler, and have even got Gates belt. Which has lasted a bit longer. I still get a lot of movement on the idler, and the belt still seems to dance around, and I still have a chirping noise on the belt. , but it ate another belt this afternoon. It has eaten 4 belts in the past month.
I could really use some help!!
I have checked all the pulleys and I cant seem to see or feel anything is out of the norm.

is the a/c compressor froze up? that will do it.

Yes, I did. I thought of that too. I just forgot to put that in the post. What getting me is that the tensioner and belt is dancing so much.

Is this a serpentine belt or V belt?

If serpentine have you verified correct routing?

How do you know that you have the correct belt length?

Are any of the pulleys loose or bent?

Have you had the truck for a while and this just started happening?

Was anything like an alternator replaced that could cause bad alignment?

Is there any oil in the area?

Do the grooves on the look pulleys good?
