Question

HVAC Issue?

On my 09 F-150 Lariat, I'm hearing a intermittent clicking sound coming from the dash. The AC seems to be taking a little longer to get cold. Could be the blend door actuator? I don't have a diagram of the HVAC System. The clicking sounds similar to a CD clicking.
Ab=ny info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it sounds like you have the stripped gear issue in the blend door actuator.
