Steering issue

I have a '13 F350 w/ the 6.2L gas motor & 75K miles in very good condition. Today when driving back, my steering has no resistance whatsoever. It feels like my power steering pump is on steroids (it steers waaay to easily). Also, the steering wheel doesn't spin back to center like it normally would & when maxed out in either direction, the power steering pump makes a whining noise. Any ideas?

Usually if the pump is making noises it is low on fluid. Check the fluid level.
