86 fuel relay

I have an 86 ford E350 motorhome with a 460 engine in it. The fuel pump quit working so I checked the relay and this is what I've found.

The number 2 contact has no power.
So I checked the oil pressure switch on the back of the motor by the oil sending unit.
The blue wire coming from the fuse box had power in with key on, but there is no power coming out.
So I unplugged the wires from the switch and jumped between the wires with a paper clip and got power to the #2 contact on the relay.
I'm thinking that the oil pressure switch is bad and needs replaced.
Am I right or wrong?

The #4 contact also has no power with the key on.
I think the wire comes from the ignition to #4 and is supposed to be hot all the time when the key is on.
Am I right or wrong?
Does anyone know just where that wire connects on the ignition?
Can I just connect the wire to the side of the starter relay that gets hot when the key is turned on?

I jumped a wire from the battery to the #3 contact and the pump works and pumps gas to the carburetor. So I guess from the inertia switch on back must be good.
Correct?

I've been getting all my information on this from all the intelligent people on this forum and hopefully I'm smart enough that I'm doing the tests and everything right. You've all have already been a huge help. There's no way I could have figured this out without you. Thanks a BUNCH.

With a little more of your help, I should have this engine running.

Thank you, much appreciated.

I think I found my problem. When I put in a new battery I took the wires off the solenoid next to the battery and clean them and when I put them back on the one for the number 4 contact on the relay must have fallen down where I didn't see it. I found it and tested it and it runs to the relay.
All this work and testing and it's my own fault. Nothing new for me.

And, I'm thinking that the oil pressure switch is not suppose to have power coming out of the other side until the motor is running and putting oil pressure to it.

Not all lost though. I learned a lot about testing relays and how the fuel system works. So still worth it.

Thanks everyone.

Thanks Wildman25.

The more I read the forum and went back and thought about it and looked the more things got clearer and come together.

But, when I went to put the wire back on the, I think it is the Starter Relay the post came off before it even got tight. It looked like it had been cracked for a long time. We bought it and haven't even had it out yet. So everything was actually for the better. That post on the relay could have came off somewhere from here and Tim Buck 2, who knows. I may have saved myself a lot bigger headache down the road.

Funny how things work out sometimes.

Thanks and have a good day.
