Blacked out headlights

I have spent the last couple days looking for the thread that mentions a person or company that paints the chrome in headlights. I believe the thread was talking about emblems and then referenced another thread that showed some examples of headlights. One was painted white.

I know Retro Customz does it but was not them. Anyone have this thread bookmarked and can send me the link?

Do a Google search on a Volkswagen "Joey Mod", you'll find all the DIY info you need.
