Sorry guys I know this is probably covered somewhere else but I can't find it... I'm trying to adjust the headlamps for my 2002 F250 7.3 L diesel. When I look at the light from the driver side there is a screw towards the center of the vehicle that does left to right there is also a screw on the outside of the light that's a Torx bit that does top to bottom and above that there is a white plastic adjusting ring attached to a screw that I can't figure out how to adjust any ideas?

 

The linked thread shows the adjustment screws for a 2000, but it may be the same for yours. Maybe spray some wd40 on the screws if they're stuck.
