Flapping Noise...

Flapping Noise...
When I'm passing 35-40ish I get a flapping noise coming from driver side. It goes away if I slow down. Letting up on the throttle helps but the way its geared letting off the gas is pretty much the same as hitting the brakes lol. I don't have a lot more to go on because the truck isn't starting at the moment but that will be a different thread

Clearly something is loose... maybe even the inner fender. I drive an 06 Ranger and it has an exterior visor above the windshield. At 90km/h it vibrates so bad it sounds like a helicopter landing on my roof. Above 110 it is fine and below 90 it is fine. My initial road test did not include speeds between 90 and 110 for sustained periods of cruising so I got a surprise on the way home with it! The truck is fine and has been for four years.
