2004 f250 6.0.....from what I can tell from what Ive found on the site, it looks like my EGR has been deleted? In the attached photo it looks like the cover plate where it was attached, bit since Im a newb Im not confident. What do you guys think?

that is not the egr block of it is the cover on the coolant out port on the oil cooler. The EGR is not showing in your picture, it is a little farther forward.
Does the part in the green circle go to a red or orange hose that connects to a tube going to an EGR cooler (3rd pic), or does it connect to a hose going to a J-shaped tube (2nd pic) that comes back towards the intake? If there's no EGR valve in the intake (4th pic) that would be show it's been deleted; if there is a valve you'll have to check what the nipple on that cover plate in the green circle attaches to.
