You should get way over 200+K with that rebuilt, if you change the fluid every 80-90K.
And changing the fluid correctly, with a power flush, or per the tech write up in the tech bulletins.
I'm surprised that the dealer would even quote you a price like that
Kind of makes you want to go back there and show them the complete invoice that was 1/2 the price they quoted........make them "think" a little about it.......Like sticking to selling new cars, and not doing repairs.....
