Driver side mirror issue

Driver side mirror issue
Driver side mirror some times at startup will tilt all the way up and top out by clicking then goes back to where it was set before. Has anyone else had this happen to them. Had it at the shop they said if you fold the mirrors in that resets the mirrors. But today it done it again no big deal just don't want the thing to break. 2015 KR Thanks

Have you tried resetting the memory position on that mirror? Put in in a slightly different position when you reset it.
If that doesn't work, you might want to try disconnecting that battery for a few minutes. Turn the headlight switch on when you do so to get any residual voltage out of the system.

I disconnected the battery per what someone had suggested. I have the memory set at different levels. Had it at ford they said they done a reset as well two days later it done it again only at startup no other time has it done it
