This morning I thought to call ford at the number provided on the recall notice. It was easy and quick to talk to some one. At first he sad that some of them have been done. When I asked if they all had been done, he said yes.
I am thinking of calling the dealer to see what they say.
The link you posted tells you what the dealer will do to fix it. I would think you could inspect the item they mention and see if it has been corrected. If you are not having issues associated with the TSB you are probably ok considering the age of our trucks. The TSB is not an actual recall it is just a Technical Service Bulletin. It may or may not apply to you.
There are some things that I can't check, like the check valve in the fuel pump and the wiring for the cruse control. Some of the items can be disastrous and not something one would notice until it is too late.
It uses the word recall 36 times and TSB zero times.
If the cruise control wiring recall is the one I'm thinking of, it's very easy to check. There's a sensor on the front end of the master cylinder. If the harness connected to it is a big bulky thing with new-ish looking loom, and two fuse holders that are all sorta sealed, and tags wrapped around them, that recall's been done.

My truck does not have that switch on the master cylinder. There is one near the frame rail that is a part of the hydraulics for the brakes that looks the same.
There is another recall for cruse control that talks about a harness.
"Harness" refers to the harness they connect inline with the existing wiring, with the two fuses. Just get your @$$ to the dealer (you see what I did there?....) and ask if the recall still applies to you. I reckon, since this recall both involves the brakes, and is associated with electrical fires that have burned some people's trucks to the ground, that they'd still be willing to honor it.

On 1993 trucks the Brake Pressure Switch is located near the RABS hydraulic module on the frame rail. The Speed Control recall harness is installed there. 1994 and later trucks the BPS is mounted on the Master Cylinder.
