Diesel conversion

I was wondering if the engine/transmission from a F 600 / 700 would fit in a F 350? The bigger truck in question has a 5.9 Cummins with a automatic transmission. Just wondering, I have a 7.3 and have no desire to replace a 7.3 with a 5.9, but there are 6.4 trucks for sale with bad motors.
