conversion?
I want a diesel and i want a older truck. My question is how hard is it to put in a powerstroke 7.3 into a 86-91 truck. Has this been done before? I want a automatic. I should prob find a truck that was already a diesel with a automatic and do the switch right?

I would think it could be done, but you'd want a complete donor truck to do it. That way you would have all the electronics and parts you would need. The problem will be finding this elusive donor truck.
