no shift E4od

'97 F-350 4X4 w/ 7.5 engine was working when parked last fall. This year it will not shift out of any gear that is entered with the shift lever. It seems to move OK in 1st, 2nd, and reverse. The OD light functions correctly, and the back-up lights come on in reverse. I can't believe there's a problem in the basic transmission and I did pull up codes 121, 172, and, 332. Is it likely my problem is caused by one, or more of these code causes?
Thanks, Butch

The 121 code is a throttle position sensor code. That can cause this.
