I tried to post an update on things, but it wouldn't post.
I'm still here just taking it one day at a tim. I hope everyone's doing good & enjoying thier summer. Ttys
Just got home from a 5 day vacation. Got to see & visit with some old friends in Elko. Jackpot was disappointing for me. Most of the people I knew have past away. Cactus Pete's Resort was pricey & the gaming was tight, tight, tight. Really no play for your money. I seldom gamble & don't expect to win. I just want play for my money. It wasn't to be there.
Found a Service Dog in Elko NV. Had her Vet checked today at our Vet. Good report.
Anyway, its good to be home for a few days. Monday the wife has a doctors appointment in Carson. Then on Wednesday I head to Goldfield to get more work done on our place.
Don't know about you Nevada peeps, but the weather guessers are saying 13 of the next 15 days will be over 100, with tomorrow and Tuesday being the only days under 100. Why can't they be wrong about the heat as often as they are wrong about their rain predictions?
Good morning Nevada! Back from our Wisconsin Dells vacation! Had a great week up there at the water parks. Just missed all the 100 degree heat that Omaha had while we were gone.
Still struggling with the cherokee a bit. I finally got a new charcoal/evap canister for it. I am glad there are online used part sellers or I would still be waiting to find one.
I cleared the ECU and set it into learning mode. Let's hope this is the last time I have to do that for this issue. Before this I was getting 4mpg!
Wife and minion have been off in Florida on vacation. they have left me without adult supervision for a week and I still have a week to go.
She needs a new hub bearing on her Santa Fe. It's a pressed on bearing so I 'HAD' to go pick up a 20 ton shop press and bearing separator. I do hate it when I have to get new tools just to do a minor job...
I only did it for her, yeah, that's it. I only got it because her car needed some repair. Yeah, I think I will go with that.
