Monday came around, and I was explosive. had a bad weekend. Guys at work found out and stayed away.
Then new guy and the sarge pissed my painter off, he was on my level. simply put by the crack **** bitch, we hurt his feelings and its some ****.

I don't understand why the boss lets the craziness and tension continue. Not a healthy situation.
It's Friday and 8 weeks till vacation!!! The part we were waiting on came in after lunch yesterday so we hope to get the transmission replacement finished today.

Cheap labor, but it will end up cost the boss more. When the crackhead hurts himself - hello free money.
Jacob you should be a good citizen and contact you local drug task force. Down here they are doing the periodic round up. 70% of the county are DOPERS and 50% of them are working for the cops. We have had drones flying over right after dark.
I be so glad when we get house built. My neighbor had her kids bikes stolen, found one in the ditch just up the road from me. We have people creeping around our place.

Boss did a butt chewing to everyone this morning, I should know when he ask's if there are any questions I should just keep my mouth shut. But I don't and I made him mad and me made me mad. Long story short I was right and he knew it.

Stress goes down. You can do things during the week that most people must do on the. You will have a few years like that , then 12 years of weeks blocked again.

I know once he starts going to school we will be at the mercy of the school system again BUT we can have awesome vacations when he is out! My says there is no way he is going to be riding the bus so it looks like we will be taking him back and forth to school everyday.

kicker, crackhead is bosses friend, has been for years. worked with him before, boss fired him because of the crack. his office manager, and also his friend, is taking this week off, and explaining why to boss. I am going to see what happens this week since the boss was gone all week last week. If there is nothing done about that ****ing retard, then im going to have a heart to heart and say look, he goes or I do. He would have to do something then, since it took us 4 weeks to get a hit for a body tech or painter.......so now I know im valuable. My painter is also saying the same, him and I are thinking about branching off onto our own partner ship, because him and I alone did 22k in work this week. 80k a month, just the 2 of us, should not be an issue and both of us are highly educated.
If the boss doesnt snap, fire the audio guy, the crackhead, and the office manager then im going to be looking for another job. him bitching all the time pisses me off. hes not acting like the boss I know anymore.
