I'd be the sucker if I sold up here now, be lucky to get about a third of what the place is worth, there has been places up for sale for years and no buyers unless the person finally caves in just to get rid of the place ..

That is a shltty deal. If that blew, people in the US and Canada could have been killed.

My brother Norman runs the Motel...there is a few vacancies if you're interested...lol
