My little pickup would be no problem, my 95 Sierra with a 6 banger had no problem pulling up hill with a truck on the 16 foot flat deck trailer

Mine will too if I get a running start at the hill and maybe have to downshift..

If I get stopped on the hill and have to start again is when it takes a while...

I don't care. If it doesn't have the ratings you shouldn't pull it.

I use it every time I put it in the garage. Creeps up the drive and into the garage without any work on my part.

But you're telling me I'm not legal and don't know what I'm hauling or the weights, off the top of my head I can say I'm legal at at least 7,000 lbs. ,a truck and trailer wouldn't weigh that much..
