We lived in our last house for 18 years and the pole in the corner of the back yard was never changed. I have no Idea how they would even get to it to change it.
They changed a pole a couple years ago that services my place near the back of my yard, I'll never see it changed again in my lifetime unless the neighbor goes crazy with a chainsaw..
Rick I figure that pole might have been replaced maybe once but it would have been before I was around. The house I live was built in 1943. Would suck for the power company to have to replace the pole in my yard. They cant get trucks past my house.
I dont think they want to take down 200 feet of chain link fence and 2 driveway gates. Plus tear up 2 yards for the pole in my yard. I think the one neighbors house might hvae a big enough drive they could use to get to the pole.
