That's basically what im going to be doing. I bought the trailer for the cottage. I went with a 5 tonne dump vs a home depot one because at my main house I have a landscaped yard with a lot of mulch. I figured instead of paying delivery for mulch I can just use the trailer. The cottage has a gravel driveway so I can also use the trailer for that. I'll probably use the trailer 10 times for the year at the most.
