What was the part number for the oil bath air cleaner?

The thing is, during the late 1960's, Ford replaced the 1965/66 F100/350 352 oil bath with the 1961/64 292 oil bath.

So, there is no decal on the replaced 1961/66 air cleaner. Original 1965/66 352 air cleaner: 352 Cubic Inches - 208 Horse Power

I have no idea as it came with out a box. My guess is it was a take off after the purchase and put away for many many years as it had a little bit of oil residue in it but is pristine. It came with the carb bolt, wing nut and the rubber coated steel washer to go under the wing nut and the rubber shows no sign of wear. After dinner I will go out and see if there is a part number anywhere on it and let you know. On the backside of this air cleaner there is also a silver sticker about servicing it.

Rubber coated washer under the wingnut? Is there are a part number?

Was a gasket used on the carb along with the oil bath? There is an integral rubber gasket on the oil bath that seems to accomplish the same purpose.

Number Dummy the only part number I can find is on the info sticker on the back. It is C2TE-9600-B. Also says made in Canada. The listing said it was NOS but I think with the oil residue it must have been a new take off.

The washer is actually only rubber on one side. The side that contacts the air cleaner. Yes there is a built in rubber gasket that contacts the carb and the is also a built in rubber gasket on the bottom half that the top half must contact to keep oil from getting into carb? I serviced many of the oil bath air cleaners when I was a kid working in a service station but never really paid a lot of attention to them as paper was the way of the future, I was told.

Hm, I figured the gasket on the bottom of the oil bath reservoir would be enough, or stacking them up might lead to an air leak. What does the parts diagram show...

I don't have a parts diagram so I can't tell you that. Something is goofy with my computer. I can see people posted but can not see the posts unless I post something. Weird
