Do you have "larger than stock" tires hitting the tie rod or wheel well liner?

Jump underneath, have a helper turn the wheel, and inspect the steering gear, pitman arm, radius arms (and bushings) and tie rods.

Check the shocks, too

i should ask discribe it better. it isn't happening at a certain point of the wheel being turned. the more i turn the more i feel it. it's a harder bump when i'm turning a hard corner.

It'd be easier with the tires off the ground, but make sure to properly support the vehicle. Jacks are for lifting-not holding-definitely don't get under a vehicle supported by only a jack!

Anyway, look around to make sure everything is clearing and nothing is binding.

Could be the steering gear too, I guess. I've heard they can develop problems in left turns and not right turns. Or vice-versa.

I'd also look at the tires
A broken belt or flat spot might not show up until the wheel tilts over in a turn.

I had this problem three years ago. It went away after I rebuild my gear box but didn't see anything wrong internally.
