OBD2 ADAPTER

Hey guys so I got a little problem I just bought a double din android radio from ebay that is OBD2 compatible so I installed the radio works great looks great but for the life of me I cannot get this radio to pair with my OBD2 adapter when I go into the Bluetooth settings and search for the adapter the radio will detect it. however when it asks for the passkey it keeps saying invalid passkey I've tried every recommend passkey that I could find in the manual and on the Internet and it still doesn't want to except any pass codes the adapter will pair just fine with my phone and tablet but not the radio the first picture is the adapter I currently have the second picture is the one I'm thinking about purchasing could that one be better. Thanks in advance This is the adapter I have now
Could this adapter be better

Use the same passkey that works on your phone.
Is it possible the adapter is still paired to your phone or tablet? The OBD2 dongle will only work with one device at a time.
Try turning off the Bluetooth on your phone and UNpair any other Bluetooth devices that have been paired to the radio.

The adapter in the second photo is not bluetooth but only USB. If will not work for your application. You might have a timing issue that many of the guys experience when they try to use these cheaper bluetooth adapters with FORScan. If you have a buddy that has a different adapter, you might try it to see if it solves your problem. Do what Sam suggested and unpair the adapter from any other device.

well unfortunately I tried all that unpaired it with my other devices tried the same pass code that I used on my phone and same thing every time invalid passkey so last night I ordered a new adapter I did a little research and I found out that an adapter that connects through WiFi is sometimes better so I got one of them I don't know hopefully that works what do you guys think This is what I just bought
