Rubber Cleat in Cup Holder stuck in

One of the rubber cleats in the cup holder won't pop back out. I've tried to use a vacuum cleaner to suck it out but no luck. Any other ideas. How does it disassemble if I have to go that route. If not, will just have dealer replace when I take it in for other issues. tks

I asked my dealer if they could put those in and he didn't think so since mine has the rubber. He said Ford probably wouldn't approve the Job 2 plastic cleats. Maybe I will just pay for the part if they will put them in.

Based on experience from my 2016 F150, they will eventually pop back out when the truck gets hot inside.

Saw a guy on the Dodge site do this. Get your face real close to the cup holder.....real up close....stick your tongue out and push on one of the other bumps really hard and the stuck one will pop out. Make sure to video that to help others with similar inverted "nipple" issues. Happy first day of SUMMER!
