Replace steering wheel and ring... advice?

My new factory style wheel and ring came in for the 69 f100. Looking to get them changed out tonight. Anything i should know? Seems pretty straight forward, remove ring, remove wheel bolt, use wheel puller put the new one on straight, put on ring.... anything else?

Ok, got the steering wheel done tonight... easy peasy. Took off the old horn ring with a slight 1/4 turn counter clock wise. Then there is a 15/16 bolt, undid that, then used a universal wheel puller and it came right off, lined up the new one, put the bolt back on, snugged it down, assembled the new horn ring, lined up the tabs, push down and a 1/4 turn clockwise, test drive and I was in business!

Pics when I can.

3 spoke 17" diameter steering wheel, horn button & horn ring:

1960/63 Falcon/Comet; 1961/66 F100/250 2WD; 1966 F100 4WD; 1966/73 Bronco (Bronco's didn't have a horn button, used a unique horn ring); 1967/70 F100/250 2WD/4WD; 1969/70 F350.

According to my 1967 factory manual, the torque for the wheel to steering shaft nut is 35 to 55 pound-feet.

Did the blue haired English majors change things when I wasn't paying attention? What happened to "ft/lbs"? I keep seeing people writing "pound feet".
