Starter cross reference number
Truck is a 75 302, AT. current starter was grinding when starting.
Transmission failed. While taking out the transmission, I noticed the starter teeth are worn down.
I have a D0AF-11131-D starter in a parts pile that looks identical to the one I removed from the truck. I don't want to do the wrong thing, but will this work?
Current starter is a D2AF-11131-CA
