Welcome to the forum. I would bet on the toe in being wrong. Counting threads will only get you in the ball park unless the replacement parts are exactly the same as those removed. Go back over your rebuild procedure step by step making certain everything is tight. Is the drag link assembled correctly and are the screw ends at least flush with the ends of the link?
Set the front end between the wheels 1/8" closer than the rear. This is known as toe in and it has been discussed many times on this forum.

I had a serious issue with death wobble that was a tie rod issue. When I replaced the tie rod and ends, I still had an issue. It turned out to be toe in like Ray suggested.

I found the problem. It was the Drag link, I replaced the old one with a new one and used the old inner items, but it still wandered. So I order the new
parts.
