Please help locate this part

I need help locating a front disc brake anchor plate (caliper support) for right side it holds caliper to spindle. Ford manuel shows #2B304 is this the part number? Thanks for any help locating one.

Ford manual shows basic part number 2B304 left side, 2B303 right side for the caliper supports, not for the anchor plates.

Please, when asking questions, list all the pertinent info. Year, series, 2WD/4WD and etc.

But the part you're asking about is for = 1976/79 F250/350 with dual piston calipers:

D6TZ-2B303-B (replaced D6TZ-2B303-A) .. Right Brake Caliper Support / Obsolete

D8TZ-2B292-A (replaced D6TZ-2B292-A) .. Right Brake Caliper ANCHOR Plate / Obsolete

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has either one.

Both the right & left anchor plates have been very hard to find new or used for over 20 years.

Thanks for answering my question. The problem is now that the part can't be found any way to get rid of the play in caliper moves a little up and down on right side no play at all on left side. Seems to brake fine though, just scared if it is a problem. Any sugestions.

Try a new caliper mount, dorman makes those, as well as a new I beam slider that retains the caliper to the anchor. Those parts might be enough to tighten everything up again.
