Thanks! Yea im going to have to start doing my research on good undercoatings, ill have to keep that one in mind
There were tons of trucks in Houston, this one was a good deal too. Ford certified pre-owned as well...not sure how much that really means though
Cant wait to lift it
We went with Zebart undercoating. I have it inspected yearly and they respray undercoating and wash truck by hand. For our duel wheel truck just the wash is worth it
Well i hope this isnt a sign of my entire ownership. It appears the sunroof or something is already leaking, as there's water dripping out of the front passenger grab handle into the cab already
Just went out and looked at it. The first 2 pictures are of my 16...the sunroof doesnt even appear to sit flush with the roof. And with minimal pressure, it creates a huge gap. I checked my 03, which sits just a touch over the roof line, and with minimal pressure...is still higher than the 16. Hopefully the sunroof just needs some adjustment or something...and this isnt going to be a huge issue...
Of the 3 that I have had with power glass roofs 2 leaked.
One was a dirty drain line the other was a disconnected
drain line do to a short hose not staying connected to the
fitting at the roof drain. A little section of hose fixed that for
me.
Miles with your being new I would take it in and let the dealer fix it.
I know that is a hassle and takes time.
My 2006 F350 is the only one that has not leaked as of yet.
But now that I said that it will.
Well looks like im trading it in. Service manager said i wouldnt even waste your time or money trying to fix this on a brand new truck, its going to be thousands in body work. So, what is the name of that lady on here who works at corporate Ford?
