Help with Plug

Help with Plug
Just did the up pipes on my early 1999 7.3 everything seems fine but I have one two wire plug that I cant find the fitting for. I have looked all over the engine and am not seeing it.
The wire comes off of a 4 wire sub harness that goes thru the fire wall. The plug is a 2 wire with both wires being black, It is located on the passanger side of the steering shaft and seems t belong on the upper part of the engine based on how the wire is bent from prior placement.
Anyone have an idea where the fitting or sensor it goes on my be?
