I believe the vacuum motor on the left is Motorcraft Part# YH-495. I saw a recent listing that shows the OEM number isE9TZ18A318B.
I am not 100% certain the above is correct, but I did find several references to those numbers.
Here is a picture I found:
That is the defrost vent actuator. Did you see a listing for one somewhere? If you did please tell me, because I need one. And I'd like to do it while my dash is already off of the truck.
e9tz-18a318-b is the defrost vent part
e9tz-18a318-c is the mode actuator
and the newer part f5tz-18a318-? Is the recirculate motor.
I found the Motorcraft part number references on Ford parts.com. They have great illustrations.
I recently ordered a seat heater/cooler for my '06 Navigator from www.bluespringsfordparts.com. They were the only supplier that listed the part as available. They also had it for 50% off the MSRP....
I could not find the vacuum motor by Part Number, but when I manually went through the parts listing it was there (Item# 14). Give them a call, perhaps they can locate one for you.

Found 2! 20.18 plus shipping. I'll have to pull the dash again after my trip, but such is life!
